I have used opie oils before and over time the service is getting worse.
Courier lost my order fair enough was put on priority reorder and guess what still waiting.
Poor service if you make a mistake own up and do an instant refund holding peoples money and lying is very cheap, which I guess you are these days. Shame.

I see the reply below blaming the courier which is correct first time round my issue is with the priority delivery which was OPIE oils fault and rather than sort the issue it’s easier to inconvenience the customer as I said before cheap!

I bought a 5 litre bottle of cavity rust protector expecting a lance or applicator to come with it ( as per the description on your website stating I need no specialise tools etc). Needless to say it didn’t come with one, the product description was misleading.

I ordered six spark plugs on Friday and they were delivered on Monday. That's excellent, quick service. I ordered from Opie, as the main dealer for my car were charging £44 for each spark plug!! Opie supplied the same part for £13 each, albeit with a 10% discount. Even without the discount, they would still have been a third of the cost from the dealer. I have used Opie before, for a car battery and I've always found them to be an excellent supplier.
